To this day when globalization enters into the picture, Korea has faced up with so many foreign country residents and expatriates. It`s widely accentuated in Korea that Koreans must push exports and produce high-quality human resources with effective education in consideration of the fact that they have few natural resources. In the light of these two facts, we can easily reach the conclusion that effective education of foreign language is obligation and will have been in common until 2029.
